Some things I can ask myself when I feel like I’m losing it:
1) Do you work out clothes that are clean and ready to go?
2) When is your next doctor’s appointment?
3) Have you expressed your true feelings to someone today?
4) What’s your favorite face mask? (hint, you already know it’s lemon and sugar)
5) Do you need to moisturize / body brush?
6) What kind of stretches do you like to do in the evening?
7) Are the dishes, laundry and bills done for today?
